This 21-Day Initiation is divided into three sacred portals, guiding you step-by-step through the art of shapeshifting.
Days 1–7
The Portal of Shedding
We begin by naming the old shape without judgment. You will learn to recognize the survival roles you have been playing and use gentle EFT to begin softening the emotional charge that holds them in place.
Days 8–14
The Portal of Transmuting
As the old shape softens, we move into the fire of transmutation. Using tools of shamanic wisdom and body listening, we transform the energy of survival into the energy of choice.
Days 15–21
The Portal of Being
We do not need to strive to become; we only need to arrive in our being. In this final week, you will anchor into your present self — recognizing that your being is already worthy of care.
